Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Eligible for Return
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from description
- Size/color mismatch from what was ordered
3. Not Eligible for Return
- Products used, washed, or altered
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Go to My Account → My Orders
- Select the order and click "Request Return"
- Choose the reason and upload photos (if damaged)
- Our team will review and approve within 24-48 hours
- Once approved, schedule a pickup or ship it back
5. Refund Process
- Refund is initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Online payments: Refunded to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- COD orders: Refunded to your bank account (NEFT) within 7-10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping (status: Confirmed/Processing)
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please use the return process
- Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 3-5 business days
